Stun/Lethal or Lethal Fence Access Gates Access into the spaces between the fences is gained only through these access gates. The Stun/Lethal or Lethal fence control system will not allow access through these gates until the fence de-energizing routine has been completed. This is a series of steps that must be completed in a specific order to ensure that the fence is both de-energized and grounded. Only then will the control system energize the electric lock on the access gates to the "unlocked" position, and only then will the interlock panel release the key to the manual lock on the access gate to allow access into the space between the fences.
